Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the rare event, you are not happy with our products, we will refund back the money subject to certain terms and conditions.

Customers have the option to cancel their order or return our product and request a refund from us.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received before 4:00 PM of the next business days will be processed for cancellation. Any request received later than the cut off time will not be cancelled.

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide the best quality products for our customers.

In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund after the product has been picked up by our authorized logistic partners and provided the product is not removed from its tamper proof packing. Cancellation charges of Rs 350 may be applicable per cancellation.

The refund will be processed and credited back to the customer’s account after the product is received back at Bangalore Refinery Facility and checked for genuineness.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
