How to avoid damages?

After soldered with main product remove the nut and keep it separately, then on the threads fix plastic sleives. Later on send it for magnetic polish. When it comes back refix the nuts.

South Screw

The post and the pipe screw are completely machine made on swiss machines.
They are 12 accurately thread compared to or two thread in a hand made screw.
